Which countries are served and what are the shipping costs?

We ship throughout the United Kingdom and shipping is free. After purchase you will receive a Track & Trace code.

How long does it take to process and deliver orders?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday. The expected delivery time is 5-7 business days

Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?

Contact our customer service for any order changes or cancellations. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.

What is the return policy and which items are excluded from return?

You can return items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Contact our customer service at support@royeal.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide a return authorization and, if applicable, a shipping label.

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
