Return And Refund policy

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Conditions for Return

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, with original packaging intact.
  • Non-returnable Items: Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless defective.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at support@royeal.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Confirmation: If your return request meets our criteria, you will receive an email with a return authorization number and instructions.
  3. Shipping the Return: The exact address will be provided in your confirmation email.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer’s Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Specific Scenarios

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. To cancel, email us at support@royeal.com with your order number and cancellation request.
  • Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund as quickly as possible.
  • Faulty Manufacturing or Broken After Use (Warranty): If a product is found to have manufacturing defects or breaks within the warranty period (30 days), please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.
  • Change of Mind: If you decide to return an item simply because you changed your mind, it must meet our return conditions (unused, original packaging intact). Return shipping costs will apply.
  • Exchange Requests: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
  • Wrong Product Received: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide instructions for returning the wrong item.
